3LAU & Sex Ray Vision

3LAU and Sex Ray Vision have teamed up to bring us a great remix to a track of Tiesto’s. While the track is currently unreleased, I’ve had the pleasure of being able to hear it over in Mashupfm over at Turntable. So the fact that it’s battling for the top spot in Tiesto’s Remix Contest isn’t a shock at all. Show 3LAU and Sex Ray Vision some love and vote them up. Sex Ray Vision

Sex Ray Vision is an interesting and new electro group for me. After reading that they did a rap remix of the dreaded “Friday” by Rebecca Black, I was ready to skip to another group, but I was intrigued. Amazingly enough, they actually made the song pleasant on the ears. Not too sure about the guy’s voice, but their mixing skills are on-point. Next, they ambitiously took on remixing “Lights” by Ellie Goulding, after it had been gloriously remixed by Bassnectar. While it’s not on the same level as Bassnectar’s version, Sex Ray Vision did a commendable job that will be played regularly on my iPod. 2 other songs they took on were original songs of Britney Spears (and no, I don’t go listening to original Spears songs…) that I believe are tons and tons better than the originals themselves. Hmmm, maybe she should just hire them to do her music?
